Everybody gets stressed in school. It’s a fact of nature. There’s truckloads of work, social standards, and the expectation of having your life together. Nobody deserves that much pressure, and so I have come to the rescue. I am still in school, and I understand a lot of the troubles that you are going through. This post is going to list some helpful tips to aid you in staying calm during the school day.
- First of all, try to drink water. I know I already said this in my “Top Ten School Hacks To Get Through The Day Happy and Healthy” post, but I just want to stress that to you. Drinking water alleviates headaches and confusion, and it also helps you to stay healthy.
- Secondly, write lists. Many students have been helped in the past by simply jotting down what you need to get done. It will focus your mind, and also get rid of any maybes. It is clear cut, and you can easily see what you are going to do.
- Third of all is to create a sigil. What is a sigil, you may ask? Well, it is basically a combination of lines to create a personalized symbol that means something significant to you. I have created this helpful infographic to explain the rest.
These sigils are supposed to calm you when you write them, so you can use them to sign papers and mark notebooks or folders. There are countless things you can do with these, so put it to good use!
